Fresh Graduate Development Program (FGDP) is a program for new employee that graduated with title of Diploma or Bachelor, FGDP New new employee will be Developed developed and given direct learning in the field (both theory and practice).

Facilitate new employees to understand the companyâ€™s system, culture and business processes.

Prepare employees who have competency and character that meet the companyâ€™s standards.

As a monitoring program before new employees are posted in permanent positions at.

General Qualification :

Fresh graduates or have a maximum of 3 years' experience.

GPA min 3.0 of 4.0

Willing to be located at any of our operational sites (Kalimantan).
