Asmin Bara Bronang Holds Free Door-to-Door Medical Treatment in Tumbang Mamput Village

Kapuas, Central Kalimantan (07/02/2026) – PT Asmin Bara Bronang (ABB) through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program conducted a Free Medical Treatment activity on a door-to-door basis for the community of Tumbang Mamput as a demonstration of the company's concern for public health in the operational area.

The activity, carried out by a medical team in collaboration with ABB's CSR, targeted the Tumbang Mamput Village community, particularly the elderly, housewives, and residents with limited access to health service facilities.

The free medical treatment program was conducted over four days, from February 3 to February 6, 2026, using a direct home visit method to ensure healthcare services could be received comprehensively and equitably.

A representative from PT Asmin Bara Bronang's CSR stated that this activity is a tangible form of the company's concern for the surrounding community. "This door-to-door free medical treatment program is ABB's effort to ensure that the community, especially those with limited access to health services, still receives proper medical care. Community health is an important foundation for sustainable development," he said.

In its implementation, the medical team conducted basic health examinations, health condition monitoring, medication distribution based on examination results, and health education related to clean and healthy lifestyle patterns. The door-to-door approach was chosen to make services more effective, personal, and reach communities who find it difficult to attend centralized service locations.

This activity received a positive response from the Tumbang Mamput Hamlet community. One resident expressed gratitude for the program's implementation. "We feel very cared for with this free medical treatment, especially since many residents are currently experiencing health complaints. Services that come directly to our homes are very helpful, particularly for the elderly and residents with limitations," he said.

This activity aims to improve community health levels, prevent disease early, and support the welfare of communities in the company's operational ring area. This program is also part of ABB CSR's commitment to supporting sustainable social development.
