Final Barge PT Kadya Caraka Mulia (KCM): A Reflection of Dedication and Post-Mining Plans

Kalimantan, December 28, 2024 – PT Kadya Caraka Mulia (KCM) held the "Final Barge Coal" event on December 28, 2024, celebrating the final shipment of coal from the last barge, marking the end of its coal mining operations. KCM, which has been in operation since 2007, hosted this event as a moment of reflection on the long journey the company has had, contributing significantly to the mining industry.

The event began with the release of the final coal barge (last sales) by KCM, symbolizing an important milestone for the company. Attended by the President Director of PT Tuah Turangga Agung (TTA), the KCM Board of Directors, all KCM employees, and representatives from the company’s partners, the event was not only a celebration but also an opportunity to honor the dedication of everyone at PT KCM, who have worked hard to build a solid foundation for the company.

Now, with the operational phase of coal mining complete, KCM's focus shifts to its Post-Mining Plan, with a focus on reclamation and revegetation efforts to ensure environmental sustainability after the mine's closure. With a strong commitment to sustainability, PT KCM hopes to leave a legacy that will benefit future generations.
