ISO 17025:2017 Accreditation for PT Suprabari Mapanindo Mineral: Turangga Resources' Dedication to Ensuring the Best Quality Coal

Jakarta, September 7, 2023 – PT Suprabari Mapanindo Mineral (SMM), a subsidiary of Turangga Resources, has successfully obtained ISO 17025:2017 accreditation for its managed laboratory. This achievement not only adds value to SMM but also solidifies Turangga Resources' position as a leader in maintaining quality and competence in its field. This accreditation complements the ones previously received by PT Telen Orbit Prima (TOP) and PT Asmin Bara Bronang (ABB).

ISO 17025:2017 is an international accreditation that ensures SMM's laboratory adheres to the highest standards in testing and calibration. With this accreditation, SMM has demonstrated that its laboratory meets strict criteria set by international standards, making it reliable for accurate testing and calibration services. This accreditation also strengthens SMM's reputation for delivering the highest quality coal to its customers.

A rigorous audit process was conducted by the National Accreditation Committee (KAN) from January to March 2023, which involved a comprehensive evaluation of SMM's management system, technical competence, and laboratory measurement capabilities. KAN's accreditation system is internationally recognized as KAN is a member of the Asia Pacific Accreditation Cooperation (APAC), the International Accreditation Forum (IAF), and the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC). The ISO 17025:2017 accreditation certificate for SMM is valid from August 31, 2023, to August 30, 2028.
