Partnership Between PT Asmin Bara Bronang and UPT Puskesmas Pujon to Improve Community Health Quality Around the Mining Operational Area

Central Kalimantan, May 30, 2024 - One of Turangga Resources' subsidiaries, PT Asmin Bara Bronang (ABB), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation in public health with UPT Puskesmas Pujon. The signing ceremony took place in Barunang Village, Kapuas Regency, where ABB operates. The main goal of this collaboration is to enhance the health quality of the community around the mining company's operational area.

This cooperation includes various health programs such as providing free medical services, maternal and child health services, IVA services, elderly health services, nutritional health services, and health promotion and environmental sanitation. Additionally, this program involves strengthening posyandu cadres and addressing stunting. This collaboration is a tangible commitment from the company to support the improvement of the health quality of the local community. The program is expected to provide significant benefits to the community in terms of health services around the mining area.

Head of UPT Puskesmas Pujon, Mr. Rido Adri Mambang, SKM, welcomed this collaboration and stated that ABB's support is very meaningful. He hopes that this cooperation can improve the quality of health services in Pujon and reach more people, thereby providing a significant positive impact on the community, especially in ABB's Ring 1 Area such as Barunang Village.
