Positive Collaboration Between Turangga Resources with UPT Puskesmas Tumpung Lahung: Supplementary Food Preparation (PMT) Training for Village Posyandu Cadres

Paring Lahung, May 17th, 2025 – Turangga Resources through it subsidaries PT Telen Orbit Prima (TOP) Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) implemented a community development and empowerment program under the health pillar in the Ring 1 Port area, specifically in Paring Lahung Village, Montalat District, North Barito Regency. The Health Pillar CSR Program that was carried out is a Collaboration Program with UPT Puskesmas Tumpung Lahung, namely Supplementary Food Preparation (PMT) Training for Posyandu Cadres from 4 surrounding villages (Paring Lahung, Kemawen, Ruji, and Rubei Villages) which was held at the Paring Lahung Village Hall.

This Training Program is the result of collaboration between Turangga Resources with UPT Puskesmas Tumpung Lahung. The training was conducted to optimize the capacity of Village Posyandu Cadres in providing PMT. With direct guidance from nutrition experts at UPT Puskesmas Tumpung Lahung, this training is expected to provide more optimal impact for toddlers as the target recipients of the PMT.

In addition to training, UPT Puskesmas Tumpung Lahung also held a socialization regarding Primary Service Integration of Posyandu and Pustu (ILP). Posyandu and Pustu of Paring Lahung Village were selected as pilot sites for the implementation of the ILP Service.

Turangga Resources CSR stated that they strive to always provide benefits that hopefully become added value in the sustainability of community independence in village areas around our operational area.

The Village Head of Paring Lahung expressed appreciation and gratitude to Turangga Resources, which indeed implementing their commitment to community empowerment and his expectation that with the implementation of training for posyandu cadres, this becomes additional insight and knowledge for them so they can better understand their duties as cadres.
