PT Suprabari Mapanindo Mineral Launches Cattle Fattening and Development Program with Gembala Jaya Farmer Group

Barito Utara, January 29, 2025 – PT Suprabari Mapanindo Mineral (SMM) officially launched a partnership program with the Gembala Jaya Farmer Group to develop cattle farming in Jl. Pendreh, Kelurahan Lanjas. This program aims to improve farmers' welfare through material support, intensive guidance, and long-term evaluations as part of the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

The program launch was attended by Gunawan, the Chairman of the Gembala Jaya Farmer Group, along with representatives from SMM's CSR team. During the event, SMM provided support in the form of ready-to-fatten cattle, farming equipment, and mentoring facilities. The assistance was warmly welcomed by the farmer group members, who appreciated SMM's efforts in advancing their livestock farming.

“This program greatly helps us in improving the efficiency and quality of our cattle farming,” said Gunawan.

In addition to material support, SMM offered technical training on efficient cattle fattening, selecting high-quality feed, and livestock health care. The program also included managerial guidance to enhance farm productivity and introduced feed management practices that are cost-effective and environmentally friendly.
