Turangga Resources Wins 4 Prestigious Awards at ISRA 2025

Sleman, Yogyakarta (10/07/25) - Turangga Resources has demonstrated its commitment to sustainability by winning 4 awards at the Indonesia Social Responsibility Award (ISRA) 2025, a national appreciation forum for companies implementing strategic and measurable CSR programs.

PT Suprabari Mapanindo Mineral (SMM) secured Platinum in the Biodiversity Conservation category through its Peat Ecosystem Conservation program, while simultaneously earning Bronze in the Economic Empowerment category with its Cage Fish Farming program. PT Telen Orbit Prima (TOP) achieved Gold in the Health Quality Improvement category for clean water infrastructure development, while PT Asmin Bara Bronang (ABB) earned Gold in the Economic Empowerment category through its Integrated Agricultural System program.

As a coal mining company, Turangga Resources recognizes the potential pressure on ecosystems. This awareness has driven the company to make biodiversity conservation a foundational element of its sustainability strategy. In operational areas, a science-based approach is applied in managing High Conservation Value (HCV) areas within peat ecosystems. The program includes periodic flora and fauna species surveys, local vegetation restoration, potential tree planting, and active participation of local communities from the Dayak Ngaju tribe in Central Kalimantan.

These awards are dedicated to all parties involved, particularly the RehabDas team, community partners, and government agencies that supported this process.
