Central Kalimantan, April 25, 2024 - The Central Kalimantan National Narcotics Agency (BNNP) and PT Asmin Bara Bronang (ABB) signed a Corporate Responsibility Program (CSR) agreement to intensify efforts in Prevention and Control of Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (P4GN). The signing was attended by the Head of BNNP Central Kalimantan, Dr. Joko Setiono, S.H., SIK., M.Hum, and Rapinis Mutiara, Director of Operations ABB.
The aim of this cooperation agreement is to provide a foundation for both parties to collaborate, coordinate, and align perceptions and actions related to combating the circulation and use of narcotics. Dr. Joko Setiono, emphasized the responsibility of BNNP in formulating and implementing national policies related to P4GN. He also stressed the importance of providing literacy to the community, especially the younger generation, about the dangers of narcotics. With P4GN in place, it is hoped that understanding of the dangers of narcotics can be conveyed to the community, particularly the younger generation, to prevent abuse.
Monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of this Cooperation Agreement will be conducted periodically, at least once every two months, both collectively and separately.
